What does the package include?
All of our packages include a private vehicle, regularly maintained, a professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking fees, insurance, and bottled water. Park entrance fees, meals, and accommodation are not included unless explicitly stated in the tour itinerary or included as part of a full travel package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers to Ecuadorian bank accounts, cash deposits, and cash payments in U.S. dollars (USD). International payments can be made via PayPal or credit card (a 5% processing fee applies). To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due on the day of service.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the service are eligible for a 50% refund. For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service within the following 12 months, subject to availability.
What is the minimum number of people required?
We provide services for as little as one passenger. The published “from” prices generally apply to shared services or groups of two. If you're traveling solo or in a small group, we'll send you a personalized quote via WhatsApp based on your itinerary and the most suitable vehicle.
